Warranty
OEM CPUs. 180-day for all AMD / INTEL CPU Retail Box have the manufacture warranty up to 3years. 1-year for DIMM, SODIMM of major brands, 1-year for DIMM of OEM brands, SIMM, RAMBUS, DDR, Flash memory, and all other items are 1-year from invoice date.                                                            

New monitors carry up to 3 year warranty 

( ALL REFURBISHED  ITEMS   30- DAY  WARRANTY)

CANCELLATIONS on special  orders  will incur a 30% fee of invoice total 

Credit Policy
1. All CPUs, HDs, and open box merchandises may be returned for replacement only.
2. No credit will be issued after 7 days from the invoice date.
3. Full credit will be issued on issues where Urban Computer Sales is found to be in error.
4. A credit at current market value may be given in case a replacement is not available.
5. Returned merchandise is subject to the lower of 15% restocking fee or market value upon the receiving date.
6. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to all credit issued.
7. All merchandises returned for credit must be in original condition (not opened, used, seal broken and damaged).
8. Urban Computer Sales  reserves the right to issue a credit at it's discretion.
9. There is no cross shipped replacement on DOA or physically damaged products.
RMA Procedure
1. Obtain a RMA request form from your Urban Computer Sales  Representative, our RMA Dept., or at                       Email: RMA@ucskc.co.
2. Fill out the RMA request form correctly and completely with detailed information, item codes, quantities, serial No., invoice No., invoice date and a brief description of the problem. (Make sure the serial No. is matched with the invoice or the attached serial number sheet)
3. Fax the completed RMA request form, copy of the invoices, and the serial number sheets (if there is needed) to 816.861.7176.
4. If a second RMA is issued for a product please include the original RMA paperwork with product.
5. Wait 24 working hours for a response (either for approval or the reasons for being turned down). The response will be sent by fax only.
6. Contact your Sales Representative or our RMA Dept. for assistance if you do not receive a response to your request within 24 working hours.
7. Do not fax duplicate requests. All information will be disregarded without notice.
8. Ship a copy of the approved RMA form with the defective parts themselves (no accessories needed, except Retail Box CPUs)
9. Attach the fan and box w/ the defective Retail Box CPUs.
10. Mark the approved RMA number clearly (if there are more than one number, please mark all) on the shipping label of outside package.
11. Notice for Will-Call customers, no pick-up or delivery of RMA items will be accepted after 4 pm daily.
RMA Policy
1. All returns must be have a prior authorization and Urban Ccomputer Sales  RMA number.
2. Any item without authorization will be rejected without notice.
3. All return item's serial number must be exactly matched with the original invoice or serial number sheet.
4. The approved RMA is good through the date indicated on the approved RMA form.
5. All returned items must be received in warranty period.
6. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.
7. No physical damage or out of warranty item will be accepted.
8. Claims for shipping error / damage must be made to your sales representative within 2 days from the invoice date.
9. RMA number will not be approved if the corresponding invoice or serial number sheet is not attached.
10. For faster return process, send retail box products (including CPUs, HDs…. etc) directly to the manufacturer. The phone/fax numbers will be provided upon request.
